Do I need an account to place an order?
It is optional to sign up an account with us but by signing up with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status. You will be able to enjoy our loyalty rewards too!
How do I create an account?

No, not unless you sign up to our newsletter. By signing up, you will be the first to learn of our new arrivals, exclusive discounts, promotions, and latest news.
Where do I find my profile?
Once you have signed up, you can access your account at anytime by clicking on the Account at the top of the page. Here you can update your personal information, track your orders and manage your account password.
I have forgotten my password
Simply follow the 'Forgot password?’ link on our Login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments with iPay88, hoolah and GrabPay.

Why is my discount code not working?
Please be reminded that discount codes have an expiry date and may be subjected to selected items only. Apart from that, always remember that you must be logged in for the code to be effective. Discount codes are for single use only and cannot be used simultaneously.
How do I change currency?
The default currency shown on this website is MYR. All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card based on the currency that your order shows. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping location and the amount of your order. The total amount of the shipping cost would appear at the payment page before you confirm your order, so you could check before placing orders with us.

This website is currently open to customers located in Malaysia. For customers located outside Malaysia, kindly visit wearenerdunit.com.
Has my order been sent yet?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left the warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email. Please check your inbox or junk mail within 3 days from the day of purchase.
Where is my online order being shipped from?
We dispatch items from multiple warehouses in Malaysia, Philippines and the United Kingdom subject to product availability. Therefore, dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.
Can I add an item to my order after checking out?
You will need to place a new order.
Can I amend my delivery address?
If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can try to rectify your details. Will you restock items?
