ORDERS

  1. How do I place an order?
    I. All you have to do is browse or if you are looking for something specific, you can use the search bar. You can also browse by selecting an item category. 
    II. Once you have found a desire item, select your size and click on the ADD TO BAG button.
    III. You can either continue shopping or review the items in your bag by clicking on YOUR BAG button which is located at the top right corner.
    IV. Once you are happy with the items in your shopping bag, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order. If you have a discount code you’d like to use, key it in the box provided before checkout.

 

  1. What if there’s a problem with my order?
    Please do contact our customer representatives, they are more than happy to assist you. Email us at info@nerdunit.usor DM us on Facebook/ Instagram.

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    You can either pay by:

    Visa & Mastercard
    If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.

    Direct Online Transfer
    Internet Banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online, PBeBank, KFH Online, etc.

    Paypal
    If you pay through Paypal, Paypal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate. Kindly note Paypal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution. Please contact Paypal directly for more details regarding how they determine their currency conversion rates and fees.

 

  1. I couldn’t proceed with payment and my order is Pending. How do I proceed?
    Kindly contact us immediately via email and we’ll assist in canceling your order so that you may place a new order. We’d ask for your kind assistance not to bank in/transfer the amount to our bank account as we can’t guarantee the item you purchased is still in stock. In the case that you made a payment manually, we will have to refund you in store credit.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, you will need to email us at info@nerdunit.usas soon as possible, so that we won’t process your order.
    If it’s too late to cancel your order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

 

  1. How do I add an item to my order after checking out?
    You will need to make a seperate order altogether.

 

  1. Some items are missing! What should I do?
    We are terribly sorry about that! Please drop us an email at info@nerdunit.uswith your order ID and the item you did not received

 

  1. I’ve received an incorrect item in my order.
    We are terribly sorry about that! Please email us your order ID and the item you did not receive to info@nerdunit.us. You will then need to return the incorrectly received item back to us.

  1. How long does delivery take?
    Local delivery is within 1–3 working days. International delivery will usually take 5-7 working days.

 

  1. Has my order been shipped out yet?
    Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep tab on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please be reminded to check your Junk Mail in case it’s there! Paid orders will usually be shipped on the next day.

 

  1. The item I received is faulty!
    We apologize profusely for this blunder, and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. We want you to have a good experience with us so if a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know immediately.
    Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to info@nerdunit.us. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you in the form of store credit.

 

  1. Which address should I ship my order to?
    If you are at work, it would be advisable to ship to your office address because most postal services operates according to office hours.
    If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel is most likely held at the nearest postal service office or sent back to us. When your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Nerdunit by the courier company, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

  1. Can I choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment method?
    No, Unfortunately Nerdunit does not practice COD.

 

  1. Are items in my cart reserved for me?
    No, putting an item into your cart DO NOTmean that it is reserved.

 

  1. Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibilities of the recipient of the package. These charges are vary widely from country to country.  Nerdunit has no control over the fees imposed, and we also will not bear nor reimburse the mount in any capacity.

RETURNS POLICY

For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to contact and notify us first at info@nerdunit.us by quoting the order number and product details. 

Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt (for local and international orders) in exchange for Nerdunit Store Credit only.

Only clothes that are unwornunalteredunwashed and in salable condition with security tag label still attached can be returned. Beauty products, stationery, accessories, undergarments, intimates, socks, including caps are non-returnable.

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and we will not be liable during transit until the item reaches our office. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.Please refer below for our terms and conditions.

Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not acceptable. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.

 

  1. How do I return/exchange an item at Nerdunit?

Please email info@nerdunit.us as our customer service representative will be more than happy to assist and guide you with the return process.

You can return any items to us within 7 days of your order (please ensure that your items are in the original condition, garment tags and security tags still attached while comply to our terms and conditions). Please repack your items in the original packaging and ensure it is secured.

We have returns depots located in UK and USA, making it easy to return your items. Returns address will be included with your order.

  1. Can I exchange my item to a new size/color?
    Absolutely! When you return your item to us, we will give you store credit and you may place a new order with the desire size and color.

 

  1. Have you received my returned items?
    We will email you as soon as we receive and process the parcel to let you know that it is safely in our hands.

 

  1. I have returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced.
    Do email us at info@nerdunit.us, and we will check on your orders accordingly.

 

  1. Can I come and collect or return a parcel in person?
    No, we do not accept walk-in drop-off/pickup and/or returns at our HQ. You may ship your item and email us to make an arrangement for us to send the item to you.

    It is optional to sign up an account with us but by signing up with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have with us your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, and payment status. You’ll be able to enjoy our loyalty rewards too!

Can I return/exchange my online purchases at your store?

No, Unfortunately at this moment all online store orders can only be returned via mail to Nerdunit Returns. Store purchases only can be returned at the same store.

    We usually announce it on our social media pages, so it is advisable to follow us and check us out frequently!

 

  1. What are your standard terms & conditions for sales using codes
    • For registered members only.
    • Applicable once only in a single receipt.
    • Discount codes cannot be combined.
    • Cash Vouchers and Store Credits are not exchangeable for cash.
    • NERDUNIT (MY) SDN. BHD. has the rights to amend their terms & conditions at any time.

 

  1. Why is my discount code not working?
    Please be reminded that discount codes have an expiry date and may be subjected to selected items only. Apart from that, always remember that you must be logged in for the code to be effective.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on our site are based on your area, and charges to your credit/debit card based on the currency that your order shows. Your credit/debit card issuer determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
